摘要
基于分子模拟和设计,开发了以一乙醇胺(MEA)为主溶剂,优选添加了活性胺、抗氧化剂和缓蚀剂组成了适用于回收低分压CO2的优良复合吸收剂,在华能北京热电厂建立了我国第1套燃煤电站烟气CO2捕集示范装置,并完成了运行测试。结果表明:CO2回收装置出来的CO2纯度为99.5%(体积分数),每tCO2蒸汽消耗为3.5GJ,每tCO2溶液消耗小于1.5kg。该套装置的建成和各项指标试验的进行将为我国大规模推广电站CO2捕集奠定基础。
A novel solvent used in the process of CO2 capture from flue gas in coal-fired power plant with low partial pressure was developed based on the molecule simulation and design. The solvent consists of an aqueous solution mainly comprising monoethanolamine (MEA) and a mixture of additives including activated amines,antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors. This formulated solvent was used in the process of pilot plant which was the first CO2 capture plant established in the coal-fired power plant of China Huaneng Group Beijing. The result shows that the purity of CO2 production is 99.5% (volume fraction),the heat duty for CO2 regeneration is 3.5 GJ per ton of CO2,and the loss of solvent is less than 1.5 kg per ton of CO2. The plant established and the indexes tested lay the foundation for CO2 capture in coal-fired power plants in China.
