摘要
通过对油泵密封性能与零件表面粗糙度有关参数的分析,提出一种通过综合控制轮廓算术平均偏差Ra和轮廓的支承长度率tp来保证零件结合面的表面质量,进而改善泵体密封性能的方法。该方法已经应用于某油泵生产企业,取得了良好的经济效益。
The relationship between the surface roughness and seal performance of oil pump was analyzed. A method improving the sealing performance of the oil pump was put forward through controlling both parameter and the bearing rate to ensure the quality of the parts' sealing surface. This method has been applied in certain company and good economy effect is obtained.
