营造急诊科护理安全文化的探讨

摘要 目的为有效规避急诊护理风险,降低护理缺陷,确保护理安全,提升护理质量。方法将安全文化视为一种安全管理思路运用到急诊护理质量管理中,首先让护士明确服务对象,感悟工作责任,然后对急诊护理工作中存在的不安全因素进行识别和评估,提出相应的护理措施进行风险控制,及时发现问题,及时整改落实。结果护理缺陷的发生率大大降低,2年来无严重差错发生,护理纠纷为零。一般差错由2007年的8起下降到2009年的2起,就诊患者及家属对护理满意度达96%以上。结论将安全文化视为管理思路运用到护理质量管理中,可以减低护理缺陷,提高急诊科护理质量,和谐护患关系。 Objective To effectively avoid the risk of emergency care to reduce nursing defects,to ensure the care and safety,enhance the quality of care.Methods Safety culture as a safety management thinking applied to quality management in emergency care,first of all nurses a clear target,understanding responsibilities,and then work on the emergency care of insecurity that exist in the identification and assessment,the correspondingcare and risk control measures,timely detection of problems and timely implementation of the rectification.Results The care significantly reduced the incidence of defects,2 years,no serious error occurred,care disputes zero.General Error 8 years starting from 2007 down to 2009,2,the treatment patients and their families for care and satisfaction with more than 96%.Conclusion The management of safety culture as applied to the idea of quality of care management,can reduce nursing defects,improve quality of care emergency department,harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
