摘要
目的探讨口腔口咽鳞癌颈部淋巴结清扫的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的口腔口咽鳞癌颈部淋巴结清扫65例患者的临床资料。结果患者术后生活质量评分明显优于术前,t=13.65,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。(1)无并发症,症状完全缓解,肿瘤病灶完全消失46例(70.8%);(2)3月内原发灶局部复发10例(15.4%);(3)3个月内颈部淋巴结转移复发9例(13.8%)。术后随访,6个月生存64例(98.5%),1年生存46例(70.8%),3年生存32例(49.2%),5年生存15例(23.1%)。结论口腔口咽鳞癌颈部淋巴结清扫可以改善患者生活质量,提高生存率。
Objective Oral oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the clinical effect of cervical lymph node dissection.Methods Retrospective analysis method to analyze our hospital oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity and neck lymph node dissection in patients with clinical data of 65 patients.Results Patients with postoperative quality of life score was significantly better than preoperative,t=13.65,P〈0.01,the difference was statistically significant.（1）no complications,symptoms of complete remission,46 patients with lesions were completely disappeared（70.8%）;（2）3 months,local recurrence of the primary tumor in 10 cases（15.4%）;（3）within 3 months of cervical lymph node metastasis 9 cases（13.8%）.Postoperative follow-up,6 months survival of 64 cases（98.5%）,1-year survival of 46 cases（70.8%）,3-year survival of 32 cases（49.2%）,5-year survival of 15 cases（23.1%）.Conclusion Oral oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma in patients with cervical lymph node dissection can improve the quality of life,improve survival rate.
