摘要
随着医疗信息化的不断深入,院内以及区域医疗信息共享已成为全球医疗卫生信息化的发展趋势。提高病历书写效率,将医生从繁重的医疗文书工作中解放出来;智能地提供充分有效的信息,辅助医生做出判断;规范医疗行为;各个医疗业务相关部门从中提取各种分析数据,指导管理政策的制定,提高医疗工作效率,改善医疗工作质量;最大程度的实现病人医疗信息的共享,并为宏观医疗管理服务。这些都充分反映出电子病历系统具有集所有医疗信息于一身的特点,其应用是卫生信息化建设达到上述目标的关键,所以本文着重从应用的角度谈了谈自己对电子病历系统的看法。
With the continuous in-depth of medical information,hospitals and regional medical information sharing has become a global healthcare information development trends,which improve efficiency written records,doctors from the medical paperwork onerous liberation;wisdom to provide adequate and effective information to support doctors to make a judgement;standardizing medical practices;all medical operational analysis of data extracted from the relevant departments to guide management policies and improve medical efficiency and the quality of medical work;patients achieve maximum medical information sharing,and the macro-management of medical services.They have fully response of EMR that all medical information in both sets of characteristics,the application of health information technology is the key to achieve this aim,so the paper focused on the application from the perspective of the electronic medical records system.
