摘要
用小麦遗传材料86-741与黑麦杂交,分析其可杂交性,结果表明:86-741与秦岭黑麦、土耳其黑麦2年的杂交结实率超过50%(6503%~7036%),推测其可杂交性基因型为kr1kr1kr2kr2.86-741可作为远缘杂交的桥梁材料,转育小麦近缘属种优良基因,改良和创新小麦种质资源.
The
crossability of common wheat line 86-741,derived from Triticale wheat,with rye was tested.The
seed set percentages of 86-741 rye were higher than 50% in two years.It is proposed that the
crossable genotype of 86-741 may be kr1kr1kr2kr2.86-741 can be used as bridge material to make
distant crosses and transfer alien genes into wheat.
