摘要 众所周知,学生能否顺利就业,能否适应用人单位的要求和社会发展需要,是市场经济下技工学校赖依生存和发展的条件。本文从技工学校生源质量现状、教学方法现状与现今职场要求的反差入手,提出在英语口语教学中对学生职业棱心能力渗透与培养的观点。同时阐明用“行动导向教学理念”如何将学生的“职业核心能力”渗透与培养与英语口语教学有机的结合起来,使英语口语教学在做到让学生“在乐中学,在学中乐”、“在学中用,在用中学”,进入学会,会学,乐学的境界的同时,突出对学生与人合作、与人交流:解决问题及创新等职业核心能力的训练与培养。 Well known,whether does the student get employed smoothly, whether adapts employer's request and the social development need,is under the market economy technicians' school Lai Yi survives and the development condition. This article lives the source quality present situation,the teaching method present situation and nowadays work place request contrast obtaining from the technicians' school,proposes in English spoken language teaching to the student professional core ability seepage and the raise viewpoint. Simultaneously expounded how uses "the motion guidance teaching idea" the student "professional core ability" the seepage and the raise and the English spoken language teaching organic union,causes English spoken language teaching in to achieve lets the student "in the happy middle school,in study happy" ," in study uses,in uses the middle school" , enters the academic society,can study,Le Xue boundary at the same time, highlights to the student and the human cooperates,exchanges,solves the question and the innovation with the human and so on the professional core ability training and the raise.
