摘要
阅读课是英语专业一门重要的基础课,它的任务在于培养学生的阅读能力。而现行的阅读课教学在很大程度上只关注结果,不注重过程,即不注重对学生阅读能力相关方面的培养。本文阐述了这种教学模式所带来的问题,对其症结和原因进行了分析并在此基础上提出了尝试性的解决办法。
This paper elaborates the problem of focusing on the product in teaching extensive reading.It points out the misguidance of traditional pedagogy in teaching extensive reading in that product(comprehension) is primary and process(comprehending) is secondary.It gives an analysis of the causes and meanwhile offers some tentative solutions to the problem.
