摘要
农产品质量安全状况是衡量1个国家和地区经济社会发展水平和人民生活质量的重要标志。内蒙古的农产品以绿色和无污染而著称。内蒙古许多地区生产的农产品,其品质优良,享誉海内外。涌现出伊利、蒙牛、草原兴发等一批内蒙古名牌农畜产品和中国名牌产品。内蒙古自治区按照农业部、国家质检总局、国家认证认可监督管理委员会的总体部署和具体工作要求,本着实施无公害农产品、绿色食品和有机食品"三位一体、整体推进"的原则,全力打造品牌的发展战略,通过积极开展农业标准化示范项目和农畜产品质量认证工作,有效地推动了内蒙古农畜产品的标准化生产,打造内蒙古农畜产品的整体品牌形象,工作取得了一定的成效。主要表现在:一是获证产品数量稳步增长;二是认证产品质量得到保证;三是加快了农畜产品标准化生产的步伐;四是标准化示范区和示范项目不断扩大;五是认证品牌效应不断凸显;六是农产品标准体系基本确立;七是农产品质量安全工作机构和队伍建设得到了较快发展;八是内蒙古农产品在国际市场上颇受欢迎。
Quality safety situation of agricultural production is an important mark measuring the level of the development of economic society and people＇s living standard.Agricultural products in Inner Mongolia are famous for green and non-pollution.Agricultural products of many areas in Inner Mongolia are excellent in quality,and some of them just as YiLi、MengNiu、CaoYuanXingFa are even well known by the people all over the world.According to general plan and specific requirements of Ministry of Agriculture State,Quality Inspection,Administration Certification and Accreditation Administration of China,and depending on the basic principles of carrying on Organic Food,Green Food and Pollution-Free Agricultural products.Inner Mongolia trys its best to creat famous products and has promoted effectively standard production,having made overall brand image of farm and livestock products and some progress.They are manifested by the following eight main espects： the number of products through certificates increases steadily;the products certificated are safe in quality;The step of standard production of farm and livestock products is accelerated;The zones of standard demonstration and demonstration projects are expanded continuously;The certificated brand effect is increasingly manifested;Standard system of Agricultural Products have been basically established;Working mechanism of quality safety and team construction have made a fairly rapid progress;Inner Mongolia＇s Agricultural Products enjoyed a wide acceptance in the world markets.
