摘要
产生于后工业时代的团队,从实践角度看肇始于精益生产系统,从理论角度看属产业组织范畴。其实质包括两个要素:一是各种权力关系,另一是文化。前者是非契约性交易关系,后者则是工业文明的产物。我们对团队的解析应该基于这两点,否则会似是而非、流于肤浅和偏颇。
The word of team work was produced in the post - industrial era. It originated from the production system from the perspective of practice and belonged to industrial organization areas in the theoretical point of view. Its essence includes two elements： all kinds of power relations and different cultures. The former reflects non - contract transactions, while the latter is a product of industrial civilization. Our analysis of team work should be based on these two points so as to avoid being specious, superficial and biased.
