寡糖类物质诱导黄瓜根结线虫抗病性作用初探 被引量:8

摘要 鉴于生产中黄瓜根结线虫病的危害性及目前防控手段的局限性,利用寡糖类物质作为激发子诱导植物抗病性这一方法来寻求黄瓜根结线虫病的防治新途径。盆钵试验结果表明,根结线虫侵染会导致黄瓜生长缓慢、植株矮小并提前衰老;而寡糖类物质处理会缓解根结线虫对黄瓜根系活力的破坏作用,降低根结线虫对黄瓜生长的影响。田间防效试验表明,寡糖类物质处理可以较好的防治黄瓜根结线虫病的发生,0.2%寡糖物质处理可以使瓜条数和产量分别比对照增加32.73%和33.16%。对于产量和防效而言,灌根处理是较为适宜的施用方式。 In view of the dangers of cucumber root - knot nematode disease and the limitations of current prevention and control measures in the process of production, oligosaccharides are used as elicitors in this paper to induce plant disease resistance to seek for a new way of prevention and treatment of cucumbers root - knot nema- tode disease. Pot test results show that after infection with Meloidogyne spp. , cucumbers were growing slowly, with stunted plants and early senescence ; while the treatments of oligosaccharides can restore the root activity and reduce the effect of Meloidogyne spp. on cucumber growth. Field control effect results show that the oligosacchatides could inhibit cucumber root - knot nematodes. By the 0. 2% oligosaccharide treatment, the fruits number and yield increased to level of 32.73% and 33.16% respectively. For the production and the control efficacy, the processing of rootirrigation is a more appropriate application method.
