摘要
目的:比较小蓟炒炭前后蒙花苷含量的变化。方法:采用AgilentZORBAXSB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸(55∶45),检测波长为326nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:蒙花苷在0.01~1.00μg线性关系良好,r=1.000,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=2.48%(n=6)。结论:该方法方便,准确,重现性好,为小蓟和小蓟炭的质量控制提供依据,并有助于小蓟合理炮制工艺的制定。
Objective: To compare the Linarin contents of Herba Cirsii and its carbonized product. Methods: Analyzing by Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4. 6mm×250mm,5μm) column, at 30℃, methanol-0. 5% acetic acid (55:45) was used as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength and the flow rate were 326 nm and 1.0 mL·min^-1, respectively. Results: In the concentration range of 0.01 -1.00μg, the calibration curve revealed a good linearity relationship ( r = 1. 000), and the average recovery rate was 98.6% with RSD = 2.48% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The proposed method was found to be relatively simple, precise and reproducible, which provided an basis for the quality control of Herba Cirsii and its carbonized product, and the method can be used to formulate the reasonable technology of processing.
