农机专业合作社在农业机械化发展进程中起到重要作用。辽宁将发展农机专业合作社作为提升农机社会化、专业化、产业化服务水平和促进农民增收的大事来抓,并采取有效措施加以引导和扶持。研究探讨农机专业合作组织的地位、作用、现状、挑战、今后发展重点及保障措施等问题,为辽宁农机专业合作社的发展提供参考。
Agricultural machinery professional cooperatives play a significant role in the development of agricultural mechanization. Liaoning province attaches great importance to the growth of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives and has adopted effective measures to provide guidance and support to these organizations. This article deals with the position and function of these cooperatives and their current growth and the challenges they are to cope with as well as their development trend and measures to ensure their development so as to provide reference for the better growth of these cooperatives.
