摘要
L-精氨酸是氨基酸的一种,是蛋白质和肌酸的重要组成成分。作为一种条件必需性氨基酸,L-精氨酸在营养生理、医药工业和饲料工业方面有重要作用和良好的应用前景,本文综述了精氨酸的代谢机制及精氨酸产生菌的选育研究进展。
L-arginine is one kind of amino acid, and a building block of proteins and creatine. As a conditionally essential amino acid, it plays an important role and has good application prospects in nutrition physiology, medicine industry and feed industry. This paper reviews the metabolic mechanism and breeding development of L-arginine- producing strains.
