摘要 冷钢STEL-TEK型2#3#连铸坯切割机采用的是火焰切割机。原切割机零部件易坏,难于维修、操作,不能有效地应对铸坯跑偏以及在生产中难于更换切割枪等。为此采取了一些措施,对切割机进行了适应性改造。结果表明,改造后的系统运行稳定,故障率低。 The STEL-TEK type 2# 3# continuous casting slab cutting engine is the flame-cutting engine in Lenggang.The components of the original cutting engine is easy harm,difficult to maintenance and operation,can not effectively avoid the casting slab to runpartial along with is difficult to replace the cutting gun in manufacture.Consequently adopts some steps,carries out adaptive reconstruction to the cutting engine.Result makes known,the operation of the system after reconstruction is steady,therefore the trouble rate is very low.
