摘要
目前输卵管阻塞性不孕症已成为妇女不孕最主要的原因,中医辨证多属血瘀,治疗方法有宫腔注药,中药外治法等,西医有介入治疗、腹腔镜手术及现代辅助生殖技术等。本文针对输卵管阻塞性不孕的中西医治疗进行了总结,以期提高本病的治愈率及妊娠率。
At present,tubal obstructive infertility has become the main reason of infertility for women. It belong to the blood stasis in syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） ,the alternative means have medicine injection to the uterus,TCM external therapy and so on. The western medicine have the treatment of intervention,peritoneoscope surgery and the modern assistance reproduction technology and so on. This article namely aimed at the treatment in Western and Chinese medicine of tubal obstructive infertility,and has carried on the summary for the purpose of the improvement of recovery rate and pregnant rate.
