摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法:在一般治疗基础上用自拟益中助消汤加减配合雷尼替丁、多潘立酮、维生素B1、硫糖铝、克拉霉素等治疗58例功能性消化不良,采用半定量法按症状分为轻中重3级,按评分计算疗效指数评定疗效。结果:显效25例,有效28例,无效5例,有效率91.4%。结论:中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良效果良好。
Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of functional dyspepsia with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods：58 cases were used by yizhongzhuxiao decoction match Ranitidine,domperidone,Vitamin B1,sucralfate,clarithromycin on general treatment background,according to sign to slight,moderate and severe with semiquantitative method,to eval-uate curative effect with Score to account therapeutic index. Results：The excellenc is 25 cases,the effective is 28 cases ,the inefficiency is 5 cases,the effective rate is 91. 4%. Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has the good curative effect to treat functional dyspepsia.
