摘要
通过对吉林省某地区的农村中小学教师专业化发展现状的调查,显示农村中小学教师的专业发展水平偏低。为此我们必须设立农村中小学教师专业化优先发展的专项经费,通过各种途径构筑畅通的交流渠道和平等的合作平台,推进农村中小学教师的专业化优先发展。
The investigation of the primary and secondary school teachers’status in rural areas of Jilin province shows that the rural school teachers’professional development level is lower than the urban one.For this reason,the government has to establish special funds for their prior development,and make efforts for fluent communications and equal collaborations.We have to devote to improving the rural school teachers’prior professional development.
