摘要
LiF(Mg,Cu,P)和LiF(Mg,Ti)热释光(TL)磷光体的TL特性的主要差别在TL灵敏度、能量响应和热稳定性三个方面。其产生原因都与铜和磷杂质的掺入有关。LiF热释光家族中,镁仍然是一种不可缺少的主要杂质,铜和磷杂质掺入后在磷光体中所形成的电子俘获中心和复合发光中心都与其他LiF热释光磷光体有所不同,从而使其具有极高的TL灵敏性、异常的能量响应和较差的热稳定性。
The influence of the dopants of Cu and P on characteristics of LiF(Mg,Cu,P) phosphor has been explored preliminarily. It is possible that the electron capture center and the recombination luminescence center of LiF(Mg,Cu,P) are different from those of LiF(Mg,Ti) due to the doping of Cu and P impurity in LiF(Mg,Cu,P) instead of Ti. These differences lead LiF(Mg,Cu,P) to have much higher TL sensitivity than LiF:Mg,Ti, anomalous energy response and poor thermal stability.
