摘要
贵州省兴义市作为远离省经济中心的边缘化城市,由于历史之原因和区位之因素,经济社会发展有所滞后。但近几年来,兴义市进入了一个前所未有的历史快速发展期,兴义市经济社会的超常规发展给未来兴义市的城市定位和发展方向提出了新的诉求。新的诉求强调未来兴义市的发展规划,既要解放思想,又要实事求是;既要尊重历史,又要站在时代的前列。
Because of the factors of the position and history,Xingyi city as the city of peripherization taking far-away economic encer of Guizhou province,the development of economy and society is slow.But in the last few years,Xingyi city has entered an unprecedented historical fast period of expansion,the ultra conventional development of economy and society of Xingyi city proposed new demand to the strategic position and developing orientation.The development plan of Xingyi city emphasized by the new demand must emancipate the mind and must be realistic,must respect the history and also stand in the front times.
