乳腺增生患者腧穴体表红外辐射光谱研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较乳腺增生病患者期门穴、膻中穴与非穴对照点体表红外辐射光谱的差异。方法采用高灵敏度PHE201体表红外光谱仪,分别检测68名乳腺增生病患者左右期门穴、膻中穴与非穴对照点体表1.5~16m波段的红外辐射光谱。结果乳腺增生病患者左期门穴在检测的30个波长点中有26个点,红外辐射强度明显高于非穴对照点(P<0.05);右期门穴在检测的30个波长检测点中有26个点,红外辐射强度明显高于非穴对照点(P<0.05);膻中穴在检测的30个波长点中有5个波长检测点,红外辐射强度明显低于非穴对照点(P<0.05)。结论期门穴红外辐射强度增高,而膻中穴红外辐射强度降低。提示在乳腺增生病的病理状态下,相异经络的腧穴处于不同的气血虚实状态。 OBJECTIVE To compare the body surface infrared radiation spectra at the acu-points LR 14 (Qimen) and CV 17 (Shanzhong) with that at non aeu-points in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. METHODS Body surface infrared radiation spectra in 1.5-16 mm wave band at the acu-points LR 14 on both body sides and CV 17 and non- acu-points in 68 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were detected with a highly sensitive body surface infrared spectrometer PHE201, RESULTS Infrared radiation strengths at 26 among the 30 wavelength-detection points in the left LR 14 were significantly higher than those at the non-aeu-points (P〈0.05). The strengths at 26 among the 30 in the right LR 14 were significantly higher than those at the non-acu-points (P〈0.05). The strengths at 5 among the 30 points in CV 17 were significantly lower than those at the non- acu-points (P〈70.05). CONCLUSIONS The facts of increase of infrared radiation strength at LR 14 but decrease at CV 17 suggest that the Qi-blood deficiency-sufficiency states at acu- points along different meridians vary in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.
