摘要
选用96只雄性小鼠,随机分成5组,分别给予0mg·kg-1.d-1(正常对照)、0mg·kg-1.d-1(模型对照)和30mg·kg-1.d-1(低)、90mg·kg-1.d-1(中)、300mg·kg-1.d-1(高)的红三叶异黄酮连续处理30d,红三叶异黄酮给药方式为每日1次定时灌胃。结果表明:低剂量红三叶异黄酮处理极显著提高小鼠血清中GSH-Px活性和肝组织SOD活性(p<0.01),血清GSH-Px活性比模型组提高了71.00%。肝组织SOD活性比模型组提高了66.74%。中剂量红三叶异黄酮处理显著提高了血清中GSH-Px活性(p<0.05),较模型组提高了17.67%。高剂量红三叶异黄酮处理能极显著提高肝组织中的GSH-Px活性(p<0.01),较模型组提高了36.64%。各剂量红三叶异黄酮处理均有极显著降低肝组织MDA含量的作用(p<0.01)。表明红三叶异黄酮在抗氧化、防衰老方面具有重要意义。
The 96 male mice were randomly assigned to five groups which were given 0mg·kg-1·d-1(normal control),0mg·kg-1·d-1(model control),30mg·kg^-1·d^-1(low dosage),90mg·kg^-1·d^-1(moderate dosage) and 300mg·kg^-1·d^-1(high dosage) Red Clover isoflavone treatments respectively.The isoflavone was given by gavage daily.The results showed that,compared with model control group,low dosage of Red Clover isoflavone increased the activity of GSH-PX and SOD in the Liver by 71.00% and 66.74% respectively(p0.01).Moderate dosage of Red Clover isoflavone increased GSH-PX activities in the serum(p0.05)by 17.67%.High dosage of Red Clover isoflavone increased SOD activity in the Liverby 36.64%(p0.01).All dosage of Red Clover isoflavone decreased the content of MDA in the Liver.The results showed that isoflavones from red clover significantly increased serum and liver SOD,GSH-PX in mice,decreased MDA and had the potential important use in cleaning up of oxygen free radical and delaying the process of organism insenecence.
