摘要
刀具表面强化处理是提高刀具耐磨性及其使用寿命的重要途径之一,本文充分发挥了激光熔覆技术的优势,并结合数控机床对刀具的使用要求,在普通刀具材料表面进行激光熔覆技术表面改性分析,阐述了采用YAG激光熔覆技术在普通刀具材料上获得性能良好数控刀具的可行性及其重要意义。
The tool surface hardening treatment is one of the important approaches of improving the wear resistance and service life of tools.In this article,the advantages of laser cladding technology are combined with the requirements of CNC machine tools.According to the analysis of the surface modification of laser cladding,we can see the feasibility and significance of using YAG laser cladding technology in the manufacture of ordinary steel substrate with good performance CNC tool.
