雷管在不同介质中冲击起爆压力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文用殉爆实验求出了8#纸雷管在空气以及在硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)中的半爆距离,并分别用石英晶体传感器及PVDF传感器对雷管在空气中及RPUF材料中爆炸时的压力分布进行了测试.根据测试结果,用插值的方法求出了这两种介质中雷管在冲击波作用下的冲击起爆压力。 The half explosion distances of No.8 detonator with paper shell in air and in rigid polyurethane foam plastics (RPUF) were obtained by sympathetic tests, and the pressure distributions in the blast fields in the two mediums were also measured respectively by a piezoelectric crystal sensor and by PVDF sensors. According to the results, two shock initiation pressures of the detonator in air and in RPUF material were determined by interpolation method. The difference between the two initiation pressures were analyzed theoretically by the p~u curve of a plane shock wave.
