摘要
若产品的试验数据较少,那么按照具体的寿命分布来估计的环境因子就可能存在较大的误差。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种结合灰色系统理论和Bootstrap的估计方法。首先利用灰色系统理论理论获得初始环境因子估计,然后用Bootstrap方法进行二次精确估计,最后再进行数据折合。算例表明:该方法实用、精度高,便于工程人员所掌握,具有工程应用价值。
There may be large errors in estimating environmental factors of a specific distribution when the available product test data is little.In order to resolve this problem,a new estimation method combining the grey system theory with the Bootstrap method is presented.Firstly,the initial estimate of the environment factor is obtained with the grey system theory.Then the accurate environment factor is estimated for the second time using the Bootstrap method.Finally,the estimated environment factor is transformed into the environmental data.It is shown that the proposed method is practical,accurate and easy to be used by engineering workers.
