摘要
将含铬废液过滤除去有机物杂质,在弱碱性条件下沉淀过滤,加入H2O2溶解氧化沉淀,调节pH=10过滤分离沉淀,用盐酸调节滤液pH=1-2,蒸发浓缩并转移到冰浴上结晶,再经重结晶提纯得到产品重铬酸钾,经分析,产品纯度为93%,铬的回收率为81.77%。
After filtrating chromium containing wastewater and separating organic impurity,the sediment was filtrated under weal alkalinity condition.The sediment should be dissolved and oxidized by H2O2 and filtrated again at pH=10.Regulate the filtrate with dilute HCl to get the pH=1~2.And then evaporated and transfered to ice-bath to get the crystallization.After recrystallizing,the Dichromate-potassium was got with purity of 93% and chromium recovery rate of 81.77% by analysis.
