摘要
阐述了轻C4馏分浅度加氢脱除丁二烯生产原理及工艺流程,分析选择性加氢生产影响条件,并介绍选择性催化剂防护措施。生产实践表明,通过合理控制生产操作参数,可以使丁二烯转化率达到96.47%.
The theories and processes of slight hydrogenation to remove butadiene in C4 fraction stream were stated.The items of affections on elective hydrogenation were analyzed and protective measures for the hydrogenation catalyst were explained.The production practice expatiated the conversion ratio of butadiene can be 96.47% by adjusting the operating parameters according to the actual actions.
