为解决以前的警用多功能服装因所用衬布破坏面料PU涂层而导致渗水的问题,研制成PU热熔胶衬布,九九式警用多功能服装应用了这种衬布,具备了防寒、保暖、透气又防雨的功能和抗静电功能。介绍了PU热熔胶衬布的研制过程和技术关键。
In order to solve the water leakage caused by PU coating destroyed from interlining of previous police uniforms, PU hot melt adhesive interlining was researched and developed. 99 Style Police Clothes uses this interlining, so it has multifunctions, such as cold-proof, warm-keeping, ventilation, water-proof and anti-static. The development process and technical keys of PU hot melt adhesive interlining were introduced.
