摘要
科技型人才的聚集模式与组织科技创新能力的提高有着密不可分的关系,面向复杂技术创新而创设的科技人才聚集新模式—综合集成创新网络是一种组织创新。研究了综合集成创新网络的内部分工、网络特征、资源共享、人才涌现情况,目的在于揭示分工和聚集之下人才涌现的复杂机理。结果表明,综合集成创新网络能够实现较高水平的资源共享,降低复杂技术创新过程中知识转移的总交易成本,缩短总转移时间,进而促进人才涌现和组织科技创新能力的提高。
