摘要
探讨了环境压力、知识管理战略与组织结构之间的关系,构建了3个变量的整合模型,并以我国东部、中部、西部的397家企业为样本对模型进行了实证检验。研究结果发现,环境压力对知识管理战略有正向的影响,知识管理战略对组织绩效也有促进作用;同时,环境压力虽然对组织绩效的直接影响为负,但企业可通过采用知识管理战略使环境压力对企业绩效产生正向影响,从而促使组织绩效的提高。
The relation among environment pressure, knowledge management strategy and organization performance are discussed, and an integrative model is built in this paper. It takes 397 finns as samples to test the model. And the results show that environment pressure has positive impact on knowledge management strategy, and knowledge management strategy also has positive impact on organization performance. Although environment pressure has direct negative impact on organization performance, it can affect organization performance indirectly and positively through knowledge management strategy.
