摘要
以廉价的对硝基苯酚和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,合成出1,3-二(4-硝基苯氧基)-2-丙醇后,将其负载到聚乙二醇上,并经水合肼还原后得到末端含有4个活性氨基的新型可溶性载体PEG-(PhNH2)4,其结构经1HNMR、IR等表征。该载体在液相合成水溶性菁染料的过程中具有重要的作用。通过核磁共振光谱法测定发现,该载体对功能基团苯氨基的支载量较PEG-(PhNH2)2有了明显的提高。
A novel soluble PEG-(PhNH2)4 support with four aniline groups was synthesized in four steps using 4-nitrophenol and epichlorohydrin as starting materials.The structure of PEG-(PhNH2)4 was confirmed by 1HNMR and IR spectroscopies.This new support is important for the liquid-phase synthesis of soluble cyanine dyes.According to the results of proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,the loading capacity of aniline group in this new support was higher than that of PEG-(PhNH2)2.
