摘要
1977年至1978年十一届三中全会以前的两年,经济领域思想解放,拨乱反正和改革开放,是具有积极的历史意义的。1978年工农业生产进一步恢复,国民经济主要指标都完成或超额完成国家计划,出现过去十多年中从未有过的好形势,有力地说明解放思想、拨乱反正和改革开放是成功的。
From 1977 to 1978, the changes of economic thought , economic development of China has been restored, the main reason for which was including the rightness of commodities production and distribution according to one＇s performance, importance of raising productivity and development signalizing the economic regulation . In the period, the government introduced foreign capital, meanwhile economic system reformation in village had started.
