摘要
鲁迅与朱安的婚姻源自封建时代的包办婚姻,而他与许广平的婚姻则建立在"五四"时代个性解放、婚姻自主的基础上,这是一个历史的基本事实;但一些研究者却无视历史,不尊重天赋人权,滥用法律,或以当代《婚姻法》认定鲁迅"重婚",或以"民国法律"诬其为"与人通奸",这种炒作性质的"鲁迅研究"是极其失范、非学术化的,是对现代人权和法制的嘲弄与践踏。
Lu Xun and Zhu An ＇ s marriage is the arranged marriage in feudal era, while his marriage with Xu Guangping is on the basis of emancipation of personality and freedom of marriage in the May Fourth era. This is a basic fact of history. However, some researchers have ignored the history and do not respect the ＇natural right. They abuse the laws：someone affirm that Lu Xun committed bigamy based on the contemporary Marriage Law, and someone falsely accuse that Lun Xun committed adultery based on the Law of Republic of China. This kind of study on Lu Xun is very anomic and non - academic, which is a mockery and a stomp to modem human rights and the legal system.
