摘要
目的:研究循证护理对预防及治疗骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法:2009年8至2010年10月从我院选取42例骨科大手术术后病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组21例,对照组实施普通的常规护理,治疗组实施有针对性的循证护理。结果:治疗组21例,经早期诊断及期治疗后均未出现肺、脑栓塞及下肢坏死的情况,对照组则出现了下肢深静脉血栓形成病例。结论:通过有针对性的循证护理,可以有效的预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成,并降低了术后并发症的发生率,提高护理质量。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of the EBN prevention and treatment of orthopedic care after major surgery of deep venous thrombosis.Methods：42 cases were selected from our hospital after major surgery orthopedic patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group,21 cases in each group,control group were normal routine care,treatment group received a targeted EBN.Results：Treatment group,by early diagnosis and treatment were not there on the lung,cerebral embolism and lower extremity necrosis of the situation,the control group appeared in the case of DVT.Conclusions：Through targeted EBN,can effectively prevent bone after major lower extremity DVT,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve quality of care.
