摘要
为了利用云南昭通丰富的无烟煤资源制备适合电石生产用型焦,研究了粘结剂的添加量,炭化工艺条件对型焦质量的影响。通过对试验数据进行分析,得到了型焦质量与粘结剂用量和炭化条件的关系,并确定了适合电石生产用型焦的粘结剂用量和炭化工艺条件。
In order to utilize the rich anthracite resources in Zhaotong, Yunnan to prepare the briquetted coke suitable for carbide production, the added amount of the binder was studied and the carbonization technique conditions affected to the briquetted coke quality was studied. With the analysis on the test data, the relationship between the briquetted coke quality, the amount of the binder and the carbonization conditions was obtained and the binder amount and carbonization technique conditions of the briquetted coke suitable for carbide production was determined.
