摘要
为观察经肛折叠缝合术加消痔灵注射治疗直肠前突的效果，将26例直肠前突患者经肛折叠缝合术加消痔灵注射治疗，并进行疗效统计。结果显示，采用经肛门折叠缝合术加消痔灵注射的方法治疗直肠前突，总有效率96．2％。结果表明，经肛门折叠缝合术加消痔灵注射对直肠前突治疗疗效明显，安全有效，手术时间短，住院时间少，恢复快，无并发症。
The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of transanal folding suture plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of rectocele. Twenty six patients were recruited in the study and underwent the combined treatment. Results showed that the total improvement rate was 96.2%. It is concluded that this combined therapy is better in terms of well therapeutic results, shorter operative time, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time and no complications.
