摘要
丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠(STS)注射液是目前临床广泛用于治疗心绞痛、心肌梗死及室性早搏等疾病的常用药。该药临床疗效好,不良反应发生极少。通过对该药不良反应病例的举例和讨论,得出发生极少数不良反应的原因可能是由于注射液制剂不稳定、易对周围组织造成刺激;本身成分促进溃疡发生;制剂质量不同,单体提纯不够;进入人体血液循环,有效成分发生理化改变。提出了该药临床应用注意事项,供广大医务人员参考。
Sulfotanshinone Sodium Injection is a common drug used to treat angina peetoris, myocardial infarction and ventricular premature eontraction. The curative effect far exceeded all expectations and adverse drug reaction happened least. The paper discusses adverse drug reaction of sulfotanshinone sodium Injection, we believe that the reason of adverse drug reaction may be instability of Injection, irritant of the surrounding, causing ulceration, monomer purified not enough and active ingredient changed into circulation. Otherwise the paper advises matters needing attention for all the doctor to make a reference.
