摘要
中医认为,慢性肺原性心脏病的发病以久病肺虚为主要内因,由于反复感邪而使病情进行性加重,病位在肺,继则影响脾、肾、心。其主要病理基础是痰浊与瘀血交阻为患,痰浊、血瘀既是病理产物又是导致正气不足,外邪与之胶结的致病因素。病机特点为"本虚标实"贯穿疾病的始终。
