摘要
基于服务利润链的主要思想,抓住出版社管理层、全体员工、顾客三个维度,提出构建教材出版服务利润链的新思维,以整合出版社资源,提高竞争能力和赢利能力。
Based on the viewpoint of service profit chain, it is proposed to constructing service profit chain of textbook publishing from managers, staffs and customers in this paper, so as to reallocate resources and boost the competitiveness and profitability.
