船用中速机油黑色淤泥分散性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 燃料中的沥青质对船用中速机油的污染以形成黑色淤泥的形式表现出来。采用聚焦光束反射测量法和改进的曲轴箱模拟试验法研究船用中速机油中清净剂和基础油对黑色淤泥的清净分散性能。结果表明:在一类基础油中,水杨酸盐清净剂表现出优于其他清净剂的黑色淤泥分散性能;在二类基础油中,水杨酸盐对沥青质的分散性能明显下降,要达到相同的沥青质分散能力,需添加更多的水杨酸盐。 Asphaltene in the fuel may form black sludge and pollute the marine medium speed engine oil.The dispersive property of detergents and base oil of marine medium speed engine oil on black sludge was studied with focused beam reflectance method (FBRM) and the crankcase stimulant method.The results show that salicylates have better dispersive property of black sludge than other detergents in Group I base oil,but their dispersive property decreases in Group Ⅱ base oil,so more salicylates are needed to improve the dispersive property of black sludge.
