摘要
中国共产党过去是一个领导革命的政党,现在是一个领导建设的政党,并且正在向着成熟执政党进行历史性的转变。作为革命党、建设党,她由中国社会发展规律和党的建设的规律所决定,要完成向执政党的转变,也必须遵循这些客观规律。
The Chinese Party of Communism was a party leading revolution in the past, now it is a party lead- ing socialism building and experiencing the historical transformation to governing party. As a revolutionary and building party, the CPC was ruled by the law of Chinese social development and the party building, which must be obeyed in the transformation to the governing party.
