摘要
本文论述了用改进的快速富里叶变换方法和最小二乘方法分析、估算在冷轧过程中由轧辊偏心引起的周期性变化信号。并以此信号为依据,控制轧钢机的压下系统,实现对偏心的动态补偿。最后介绍了清除由于分析、估算中的误差给偏心补偿带来的影响的措施。
Using the method of Modified Fast Fourier Transform andof least square, the periodical variation signal is produced by the eccentricity in a cold mill is detected. By means of this signal detected, the system of roll mill press down is controlled to compense the thickness variation of the strip. Finally a way of periodical correction is presented to avoid the accumulation of errors appeared in the phase computation.
