摘要
目的测定蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液中的铁含量。方法先用强酸将蛋白琥珀酸铁破坏,使三价铁离子[Fe(Ⅲ)]游离,用还原剂将Fe(Ⅲ)还原为二价铁离子[Fe(Ⅱ)],Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2’-联吡啶溶液形成红色的2,2’-联吡啶络合物[Fe(CH8N2)3]Cl2,利用比色法测定铁含量。结果 2,2’-联吡啶络合物在波长525nm处有最大吸收,Fe(Ⅱ)浓度在24.99~149.94μg/ml范围内服从Beer定律,标准曲线回归方程为:Y=0.0065X-0.0279,相关系数r=0.9991,变异系数0.60%,回收率98.86%~100.02%。结论本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可以用于蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液中铁含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of iron in Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution.Methods Fe(Ⅲ) was dissociated by destruction of Iron Proteinsuccinylate using strong acid firstly, then Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by reductant. The mixture of Fe(Ⅱ) and 2,2’-bipyridine solution led to the red complex 2,2’-bipyridine[Fe(CH8N2)3]Cl2,and the content of iron was determined by colorimetric method. Results The complex of 2,2’-bipyridine showed Absorption maximum at 525nm, Fe(Ⅱ) concentration was in accordance with Beer law from 24.99-149.94 μg/ml. The regression equation of standard curve: Y=0.0065X-0.0279 (r=0.9991). The average recovery was 98.86%-100.02%(RSD=0.60%). Conclusion The method was convenient, quick and accurate for the determination of the content of iron of this product.
