摘要
分析青海玉树地震后，中国国际救援队急进玉树高原地区展开医疗救援过程中存在的问题，并提出相应对策：针对高原地区做好出队前准备；飞抵灾害现场的注意事项；抵达高原地区，科学施救、减少非战斗减员，同时注意宗教和民族问题。
The authors, members of the China International Medical Rescue Team, participated in the medical rescue in the Yushu earthquake area. The problems encountered when they entered the highland urgently were discussed and relevant countermeasures were raised： necessary preparation should be made before departure, boarding the plane, how live ands work in the areas with high altitude, so as to reduce non-combat attrition. Attention should be paid to religious and nationality issues.
