摘要
目的对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的微小病灶(MRD)及时发现。方法应用聚合酶链反应-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PCR-PAGE)和银染色法对211例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)进行免疫球蛋白重链基因(IgH),T细胞受体γ链基因(TCRγ)的克隆性重排检测。结果重排之IgH为108例(51.2%),TCRγ45例(21.3%),双阳性12例(5.7%),阴性46例(21.8%)。病理型别恶性程度愈高,TCRγ及双阳性愈高。原发于鼻及咽淋巴环的NHL比胃肠及周围淋巴结的TCRγ及双阳性高。TCRγ及双阳性的增高与病情恶化程度呈正相关。结论;
Objective To detect the minimal residuel diseases(MRD) of Non Hodgkin's lymphoma(NLL).Methods The rearrangment of immnuglobin heavy chain gene (TGH)and T cell receptor r chain gene(TCRγ) in all cases of NL were detected by using polymerase chain reaction(PCR),polyacrylamine gel electrophoresis(PAGE)and silver stain.Results The rearrangement of IgH were 108 cases(51.2%),TCRγ 45 cases(21.3%), both positive 12 cases(5.7%) and negative 46 cases(21.8%).The more malignant in pathological type,the more TCRγ and both positive will be.Similarly,the primary sites in nasal or waldeyer's ring were more severe than that in lymph node or gastrointesting.Conclusions The TCRγ and both positive have positive relationship with the severety of diseases.So as to indicate the chemotherapy with this method,it would make a great increase of survival and cure rate.
