功能性电刺激并磁疗治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位及肩痛临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨对脑卒中后肩关节半脱位及肩痛患者采用功能性电刺激并磁疗治疗的有效时间窗、作用部位、频率、刺激强度及疗效。方法:将94例脑卒中早期肩关节半脱位患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规康复训练;试验组在常规康复训练基础上,加用低频电刺激并磁疗。两组分别治疗12周后,对治疗效果进行评定。结果:试验组治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的复位率及肩痛症状的改善率明显高于对照组。结论:功能性电刺激并磁疗治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位肌腱痛效果较常规康复训练效果好。 Objective: In poststroke shoulder subluxation and shoulder pain clinical applications, observed functional electrical stimulation and magnetic therapy treatment with effective time window, the role of location, frequency, stimulus intensity and course of treatment. Methods: 94cases of poststroke shoulder subluxation in patients with early stage were randomly divided into two groups, lowfrequency electrical stimulation and magnetic therapy + conventional rehabilitation training group as theexperimental group, conventional rehabilitation training group as the control group,after 12weeks of treatment to respectively assess the efficacy. Resalts: Lowfrequency electrical stimulation and magnetic stability of the shoulder joint muscles surrounding the treatment of poststroke shoulder subluxation and shoulder pain reduction rate of improvement of symptoms was significantly higher than control group. Conclusion: Functional electrical stimulation and magnetic therapy treatment of poststroke shoulder subluxation treatment of tendon pain treatment compared with conventional rehabilitation training effect is good.
