摘要
模具加工中的回弹补偿是一个复杂的过程,利用传统的修正方法很难实现对模具生产环节回弹的有效控制。为提高产品的质量和精度,提出了一种基于闭环控制系统的模具修正模型。针对传统方法无法有效控制的回弹环节,结合时-频变换思想,利用闭环控制系统的误差函数来求解控制系统形状传递函数,通过形状传递函数来计算模具型面形状。仿真结果表明,通过改进的闭环控制系统模具修正模型,可以在相同工艺条件下,正确预测与理想产品相对应的理想模具型面形状,从而达到对回弹误差的有效补偿,修正模具型面的目的。
The process of springback compensation for mould manufacture is a complicated process. Traditional control method is very difficult to achieve effective control for springback. In this paper, an improved optimal control of the closed - loop feedback control system for the mould amendment is presented. For traditional methods can not effectively control springback, combined with the thinking of time transform frequency, the optimal control process is aimed to solve the problem of the closed - loop control system transfer function by control system error function. The shape of mould surface is calculated by the transfer function. The experiment results demonstrate that, by the improved closed - loop control system correction model, the ideal mould shape can be established using transfer function in the same process conditions. Consequently, springback error is compensated and mould surface is modified.
