摘要
采用显微组织观察和SEM分析研究了P110级石油套管热处理裂纹,分析了裂纹的形貌特征、产生原因及形成机理,提出了合理的改进措施。结果表明,热处理裂纹的产生与硫化物、氧化物和硅酸盐夹杂物的存在以及淬火应力有关。通过控制硫的含量、避免产生Fe-FeS和FeS-FeO共晶产物和成分偏析,改善淬火工艺,以减小淬火应力,能有效地减少热处理裂纹的产生。
The quenching crack of P110 oil casing pipe was studied by microstructure observation and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis to research the characteristics of crack,the mechanism of crack formation,and to propose the appropriate prevention measures.The results show that the cracking during quenching process is related to sulfide,oxide,silicate inclusion in the casing pipe and the higher residual stress.It is effective to reduce the heat treatment crack by controlling the content of sulfur,avoiding the eutectic crystal of Fe-FeS and FeS-FeO and composition segregation,and improving the quenching process to decrease the quenching stress.
