摘要
清末民初著名学者辜鸿铭曾经享誉德国,期间,相对于德国哲学界和神学界时辜鸿铭的高度关注,汉学界反应比较平淡,对他的评价也不高。联系到辜鸿铭对西方汉学的激烈批判立场,德国汉学界对辜鸿铭的冷落值得深思。
Ku Hung Ming, the famous Chinese scholar from the end of Qing Dynasty till the beginning of the Republic of China, was well-known around the Western world, mainly in Germany. Compared with the enthusiasm towards Ku showed by the scholars in the areas of philosophy and theology, German sinologists were relatively unconcerned and with common evaluation toward him. This phenomenon seen from the fierce criticisms of Ku Hung Ming toward the western sinology deserves＇to be considered seriously.
