摘要
用自制的氢化物发生器研究了火焰原子吸收法测定锑的方法.结果表明:在2mol·L-1的HCl介质中,锑浓度在4.4×10-8~8.8×10-7g·mL-1范围内与吸光度值呈现良好的线性关系,对1.5×10-7g·mL-1的锑溶液平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为6.7%.30种异离子及有机物不干扰测定,回收率在96%~106%之间.
A method for the determination of antimony with hydride generation atomic absorption spectrophotometry is described.In the solution of 2 mol·L -1 HCl,a linear plot of absorbance versus concentration is obtained in the range of 4.4×10 -8 ~8.8×10 -7 g·mL -1 of antimony.The relative standard deviation for eleven parallel determinations of a solution containing 1.5×10 -7 g·mL -1 of antimony is 6.7%.The recovery rates are 96%~106%.No significant interfere was found for 30 foreign ions and organic compounds.The results are satisfactory.
